LOCK-2, real name Hemmy Harrison, is a genius hero on [[the Chumps]], he is also the leader and supplies their weapons, ships and their housing. Hemmy also is known for his production of the [[bro-bots]], which he uses to protect and be acquaintances or friends to people around the world.

Hemmy used to be a student at a college where he broke records for being the smartest the college had ever seen. He went on to experiment on his bro-bot first model, which ended up blowing up his college room when he wasn't there. Hemmy had to say it was just a science experiment that he was working on, and nobody asked any questions. Hemmy realized that he messed up on the first model and he left one of the wires out of the blueprint, he fixed this and the next morning his bro-bot was making him eggs and toast with waffles and hashbrowns, and it was the best food he ever had. 

LOCK-2 has talked to [[Mr. Hair]] about his bro-bots, and he wants them to only be accessible to older seniors or people with a disability, as a care agent, not to replace people's jobs, and not to make people lazy and make their food for them. Because of this it is illegal to own a bro-bot inside a restaurant or in a person's home if they are under 70 or if they do not have a disability, even though most disabilities can be cured.
