Pirate Hunter Raddo is a human who gets hired by various people to hunt down pirates and in return he gets a very high reward. His going rate is 50,000 [[UC]] but if someone were to hire him to take down someone like [[Nick "iron fist" Jones|Nick Jones]], [[Mr. Infinite]], [[Bigg Shot]] or [[Stellar Mc Steal]] he would charge a fee of 500,000. He has a special agreement with the [[7 warlords of the middle regions]] that he would never attack them no matter the money and in return they stay away from him. 

Pirate Hunter Raddo is very strong and he uses large nets that come out of his metal wristbands, these nets have poisonous liquids stored on small spikes on the nets, this venom is from jellyfish and it is from a non-lethal jellyfish. He also has a large sword in case things take a turn for the worse or he fights someone like a [[giant]] who is too big for his nets.
