Sarabi Lightning is a former [[UU captain]] that is currently leading a band of peacekeepers called the [[Lightning Liberators]] (LL). Sarabi is known for his extremely violent way of dealing with criminals, that is he kills any criminals that he sees. Sarabi also has a power which allows him to send lightning through someone’s body, either killing them or delivering a slight shock. Using this ability he likes to persuade some leaders that enslave their people, he does this by “Lightning politics.” This involves him zapping the leader into accepting his terms. 

Sarabi was removed from the UU after him and his crew blew up a band of criminals headquarters that was completely illegal in regards to the [[UU convention]] laws, Sarabi was removed because this wasn’t the first time he had disobeyed rules, so [[Gard Ipoi]] himself told him he was fired.
