Urm is a planet known as “the criminals paradise” due to the amount of criminals here. Urm basically has no official police force throughout the planet, but there is a company called the [[USF|Urm Security Force]] (USF) that aims to stop the madness of the planet. Urm used to be an entirely peaceful planet, but it ran to choas when news of a planet with no police force spread throughout [[Centera]]. Huge amounts of criminals flew to Urm to steal everything available to them. Soon after, the USF was made by the old leaders of peaceful Urm, and started positioning officers throughout the planet. Urm is still really chaotic, but thanks to the USF, the planet is doing much better. 

Because of the sudden criminal activity on Urm, prisons were never a thing. This has caused the USF to make a bunch of big prisons to keep all of the criminals in.
