	Baleeni is a man from [[Earth]] who is now on [[Orthtrasi]]. He studied engineering in college and was hoping to share his findings with other planets that had no technology. That is why when he was 22, right after he graduated, he bought a starship and flew to ~~[[Yalus]]~~ 540, now called Orthtrasi. He flew there to teach the natives about technology and he brought a bunch of his own creations with him to show them. After this, Baleeni quickly became ruler of the planet all of the natives loved him. Baleeni made many schools for teaching the natives and also named the planet Orthtrasi, after his great grandfather. Baleeni quickly realized that there wasn't much fun to have on Orthtrasi, so he made theaters and parks across the planet. and this is when he came up with the idea of the [[Spot-Baleeni contest]], which they still hold each year.
