They are located in the very back of the storage room and they aren't even seats and you are just sitting on the ground. People flying in storage level plus get the scraps left over from the chef that cooks for first class and business class. William Pound made it so that chefs can't throw anything away unless its inedible because the people in these seats are usually very poor and in need of food.
