			Oomoi Arol, many times called "the eye" or “Oomi” by his family and friends, is a bounty hunter that works in the [[star guild]] along with his friend [[Wree Pleasman]]. Sometimes they work together but they do much of their work separate. Oomoi Arol has a 'jelly cape' which can expand and absorb bullets or other objects. The cape is lightweight but sounds like it's full of water and also jiggles like jelly. Oomoi's main weapon is a 2 headed staff that can separate into 2 individual weapons or work as one. Each head of the staff is a swirl carved out of an extremely hard wood. Oomoi can also call the staff back to him by putting his hand out in the air. How quickly the staff comes back depends on how far away it is because if it is more than a mile away it will start floating back very slowly and ramp up speed as it gets closer. Oomoi separates his staff when he wants to rapid-fire throw the 2 weapons because they bounce back to him very effectively.
