Snow Blip was a human on Earth who loved the cold and could withstand cold much better than any normal human. Snow Blip possessed the ability to teleport using "snow portals" which could open up on any wall and it would end up at whatever location Snow Blip wanted. Snow Blip wore bedazzled sunglasses and had a mullet. During the summer, while searching for cold places, Snow Blip teleported to Ice Bice's cave, not knowing that it was his. Ice Bice tried to beat up Snow Blip but was ultimately beaten by Snow Blip and he then left the cave. This is what caused the hatred between Snow Blip and Ice Bice.

Snow Blip died in 2341 while fighting in the second universal war.
