After multiple of his bases' signals were lost, Xeno recruited the help of [[Ice Bice]] and [[Snow Blip]] by using his dream control ability. When both recruits got to Xeno's main base, both were unwilling to help Xeno due to past problems between Ice Bice and Snow Blip. Xeno got them to help by promising them each a sack of riches from his vault. Xeno Phosphor, more commonly known as Snow Commander Xeno, was a [[Snow people|snow person]] and was the owner of [[Alia]]. He had the ability to control people's dreams while they were sleeping and could even control people's thoughts while they were meditating 'if their mind was clear enough'. Xeno used this ability to make people have dreams that tell them to do things. The things that the dream tells them to do would usually be something to help Xeno out in some way, and hopefully then his targets would be motivated by the dream enough to actually do it. Xeno could only use the ability on people who are half a light-year away or less. Xeno also owned a 'mind chamber' where a special freezing air would be blown onto him and it would strengthen his ability 2 fold, allowing him to use his ability on people a full light-year away.
