Mr. Purp is the founder of the UU. Mr. Purp was born in the year 2271 and is 90 years old. Mr. Purp made the UU because space pirates and alien hunters were reeking havoc in the middle regions with no one to stop them. Some significant planets that joined the UU when it was created included Jamim, Purp-zia, and Olarge. Olarge quickly left after it turned apocalyptic.
