Superfist, real name Jobabi Reed, was a human hero on Centera that was a part of the 30 heroes that fought against Dr. Spontaneous. He had a large fist that could hit with 50,000 pounds of force. He basically did nothing to Dr. Spontaneous and he died when the roof was crushed on him.
