Gard Ipoi

Gard Ipoi is the captain major of the UU, he is the highest ranking official of the UU soldiers and he focuses on military operations involving dangers to the UU. Normally Gard Ipoi sends a bunch of UU soldiers to whatever planet is being attacked, but sometimes he also sends resources or medical supplies if he sees fit.
