King Artho II (2280-2300) born as Tolù Artho II was the second king of the Neo-Aztec nation. King Artho II was the grandson of King Artho I, and he was made king because his father died from a foot disease at 30. King Artho II, unlike his grandfather, was an aggressive, power hungry ruler, he hated technology and all other cultures and races.

His hate grew so much that two years after he was appointed king, he waged war on Mr. Hair, sending over 10,000 elite Aztec eagle and jaguar warriors to attack the nearby Mexico City. The attack killed 5,000 citizens and caused over 5 billion in damages. The attack also caused nearly all of the warriors to die because of a chain of explosions that started at factories. King Artho II, convinced his people that Mr. Hair was going to skin them all and sacrifice them to his god, which caused an uproar among the people. Soon, Mr. Hair set up a large wall to keep the Aztec warriors in. The wall stayed up for three months, stopping over 12 attacks from Aztec warriors.

King Artho II however, excelled in military tactics, using the volcano popocatepetl, which overlapped with the wall, to blow up the wall. He sent 50 bomb holders to explode the volcano, triggering a massive eruption. The eruption caused the wall to melt down, allowing 50,000 Aztec eagle and jaguar warriors to storm through the wall, almost instantly, there was a response of around 1000 hair soldiers. The hair soldiers killed around 4000 Aztec warriors, firing more warning shots than actual shots. The Aztec warriors however, did not stop, and continued marching towards Mexico City. Mr. Hair realized there was nobody in between them and a city of 20 million people, so he decided to send in a Air Force fighter jet squadron, and soon there was no warriors left.

King Artho II realized he was out of time, and he tried to run away, but while running he fell and his grandmother picked him up, she made him pay for manipulating the whole Neo-Aztec nation. On that day he died, as one of the worst people to ever exist. After his death, all Neo-Aztecs were forced to move into new homes.
