Dargo Ista

Dargo Ista was the 3rd member of the Council of Centera.

Dargo had a bounty on his head because the V did not like him for not allowing them to set up military bases in the Zon section, which was the section that Dargo was in charge of. He was captured by the bounty hunter Casio Hunta for the price of 6 million HD/USD and a barrel of pure Aeal.

Dargo Ista was also a terrible leader and the crime levels have been going down ever since he was captured.
