CDCE

CDCE stands for Central Department for Counter-Espionage. They focus on protecting the UU from rouge agents, hackers, sabotage, and other things. They are similar to IOI but they focus on protecting the UU instead of planets. The CDCE has authority to arrest almost anyone with proof, but if they were to arrest a UU council member they would need a lot of proof. The CDCE is almost like a watchdog organization for the UU, watching over every agency to look for corruptive people.

To become a CDCE agent, one must undergo extensive and extreme training to make sure that they are physically fit in order to be ready for the job. The CDCE operate mainly in the UU mothership.
