Gard Ipoi

Gard Ipoi is the captain major of the UU, he is the highest ranking official of the UU soldiers and he focuses on military operations involving dangers to the UU. Normally Gard Ipoi sends a bunch of UU soldiers to whatever planet in the UU is being attacked, but sometimes he also sends resources or medical supplies if he sees fit.

Gard Ipoi also is extremely powerful, which is crucial for fighting off people like Viper and Zazo, his skin is very strong, basically indestructible, and he is also strong, capable of lifting 1200 pounds. Using these strengths he is able to beat his enemies.
