Crazy Jake is a guy who lives in the toxic city of San Francisco, which is toxic after a nuclear meltdown 200 years ago. Although the land is toxic crazy Jake still lives without any trouble. Crazy Jake is called crazy because whenever people see him his eyes are very veiny with green veins, many think his blood is green because of ths. Crazy Jake also owns crazy Jakes shop, where he has a bunch of plants that grow in domes protected from the radiation.
