The council of the forgotten is a council that has 3 members. The council of the forgotten serve as the leaders of the Prism realm and they are extremely powerful. This is because they are able to give anyone a powerful ability called time stop, even though they have this power they use it very responsibly, giving it only to those who will use it for good. The council of the forgotten can stop time and they use this power to make all time in the Prism realm irrelevant.
