CDCE

CDCE stands for Central Department for Counter-Espionage, they focus on protecting the UU from rouge agents, hackers, sabotage, and others. They are similar to IOI but they focus on protecting the UU instead of planets. The CDCE has authority to arrest almost anyone, but if they were to arrest a UU council member they would need a lot of proof. The CDCE is almost like a watchdog organization for the UU, watching over every agency to see if they have any corruption.

To become a CDCE agent one must undergo extensive and extreme training in order to be ready for the job. The CDCE operate mainly in the UU mothership.
