Yallas Dockaro is a division commander on the Viper pirates, he is a human and is 85 years old. He is also known for his Narcolepsy, and this causes him to fall asleep when he gets really excited, so he makes sure to not get excited when he fights strong opponents. Yallas is also a master swordsman, and he likes to find strong swordsmen and fight them. He recently fought Johnny Black, and he won. After he won, he left Johnny Black alone and reported to Viper that he wasn't able to find Johnny. He did this because Viper wanted to find and kill Johnny Black, but Yallas knew that Johnny was just trying to retire so he let him be. Apart from that lie, Yallas is very loyal to Viper, giving him support on any idea he comes up with even if he doesn't agree with it.
