Mack

Mack is a pirate sword fighter on Honorald who has the power to heal any wounds when he sleeps. These wounds could be external or internal but no matter what, they can heal. Mack is still susceptible to infection, viruses, and old age. The problem with this power is that the more that Mack gets beat up or uses his body, the more he feels the need to fall asleep until he passes out from exhaustion. When Mack wakes up though, all of his wounds are healed and he has an incredible amount of energy. Until all of his wounds are healed, Mack cannot wake up, which makes it very dangerous when he is in the middle of a battle and he falls asleep. Depending on how bad his injuries are, it takes more or less time sleeping to fully heal. The less time he sleeps, though, the less energy he has when he wakes up, to the point that he can wake up and then immediately fall back asleep due to exhaustion.

Widely known across the planet as “the incredible M”, Mack first gained this nickname in a remote village that he saved from a band of pirates that were going to take the villagers as slaves or recruits on the ship. Afterwards, the villagers tried to give him food, money, and praise, but Mack would not accept anything they would give him, saying “keep this things, I will live on with what I have, and you will live on with what you have.” As a result, Mack gained the reputation of being a very humble pirate, which many of his enemies despise him for, saying “you are not a pirate! You don’t have the greediness it takes to be a pirate! You are just a foolish man with a sword.”

At the most dangerous time in Mack’s life, he was stuck as a prisoner where every time he would wake up, he would be cut a little bit to send him back to sleep. Every day he would get some water and then some scraps of food to eat, then be put back to sleep. He was stuck in this prison for a year until another pirate by the name of Sonny broke him out. After Mack saw how good Sonny was at fighting, Mack decided to join him and make what was once called the most powerful pirate duo ever. Years after they teamed up, the duo was captured and imprisoned in a Sparrow prison base by Sonny’s father, DeMuro. For a few years, Mack and Sonny were sitting there in the prison until Sonny made an agreement with his father to join Sparrow, and work in the facility. This confused Mack, because Sonny said that he would never join Sparrow, but after about a month of Sonny being a Sparrow worker, he finally showed what his true plan was. While cleaning up in the prison area, because Sonny worked as a janitor, he knocked out a guard and stole his keys, then unlocked Mack and they escaped the Sparrow base. Ever since then, they have been voyaging the sea and going to islands and villages and such.
