Jinks was the former mayor of the Zon section before he joined the council of Centera, Jinks was known as the “greatest mayor ever” and the Jinks section has been built to honor him. Jinks died 20 years ago, and after he did Dargo Ista took over in taking care of the Zon section, since then crime levels have skyrocketed, but after he was kidnapped by the V the levels of crime slowly started going down.

Jinks had blue hair and always wore a long trench coat that touched the ground.
