Big Boss

Big Boss is a crime boss on Centera who mind controls many bounty hunters to go and get him money. Big Boss has a power to control the mind, being able to make someone go insane or work for him, this power is very dangerous to any of his enemies and he used it to beat dimensional assassin and kill his friend. Big Boss is only able to control 50 people at once, so he can’t just control the entire population of Centera, but he has controlled 40 very powerful bounty hunters and he uses them to work for him. Big Boss also uses a large pistol as a secondary weapon, and he shot dimensional assassin in the head with it.
