Utcha

Utcha is the peaceful zipin king of Jamim, he is also a part of the UU council. Utcha is also married to Fasta and is 340 years old. Utcha is devoted to keeping his planet in it’s beautiful city-forest look, keeping forests and rainforests from being cut down. Utcha used to have a law that restricted anyone from going to planets already inhabited with a sapient species, like Earth or Loloplop, with Centera being one exception. This law was removed in the galactic year 1958, and after this sales for the bokak company skyrocketed, becoming the richest company quickly.
