PACF stands for Powerful Artifact Containment Facility. It is located on a remote mountain range on Quad 2, it is lead by Kim Hebalar and it is also underground. PACF also holds over 300 powerful artifacts and even a few blak orbs are kept here. The most powerful thing in the entire facility may be the Damion jail, made by Alexander Damion in the year 2333. The facility is extremely dangerous also because there are traps everywhere, and many of the guards here are also very strong.
