Icilly Billy beat the universal protector once without even trying, this was when the protector was trying to get rid of all the celestials.

Icilly Billy owns many underground corporations, but his main “real” business where he claims he gets all his money from is Icilly corp, which only exists as a illegal trade front but it actually makes things for the public in the process. Icilly Billy also has a massive appetite, and he is always hungry, which causes him to sometimes eat his bodyguards. Icilly Billy’s bodyguards have white masks with sharp teeth drawn on them, symbolizing his sharp teeth and appetite.
