Unit tree

Unit trees are an invasive tree species on Plip. They are invasive because they grow incredibly fast and make thousands of roots very quickly. Despite unit trees being invasive, they are actually very helpful to the economy of Plip because the trees are used to make unit fuel, which can be massed produced and sold to other planets.

Unit trees transform water into a new liquid called karogen, which is what helps them to grow so quick.
