Galax hammer
A galax hammer is a melee weapon useful for both slicing and smashing. The first galax hammer was made by Galax Simar, but it was only named after it became popular with other bounty hunters. Galax hammers are one of the newest melee weapons, only being created less than 4 years ago.
A galax hammer has a handle with a curved piece of metal on the end that is sharpened on the outside edge. On the end of the curved metal is a block of metal that can either be flat or have spikes on it. Galax hammers can be made out of any metal that is strong enough to support the large block on the end. Versions have been made with a smaller block so that weaker metals can support it, and they aren't too much weaker than the chunkier design and are preferred by some. These smaller designs are also easier to throw over long distances or for weaker people. Any galax hammer can be thrown, but it really isn't worth it because they are hard to get back after throwing.
