Harmegiois Recrer

Harmegiois Recrer is a fire skeleton warlord who steals from random traders. Known by most as HR, he goes around with his gigantic ship threatening to destroy anyone who doesn’t give him 1000 UC in “tribute”. HR moves around quickly, and he is always far away from any planet or space station that could have a force to defend itself. HR sometimes attacks small or poor planets, demanding tribute from small villages for his protective services. These services usually include doing absolutely nothing when the village is attacked by pirates or raiders.

HR has currently taken over 12 villages, making him very rich. HR has also had a fair share of skirmishes with bounty hunters, who were hired by the villages he has overthrown. These bounty hunters usually die, but sometimes a stronger bounty hunter gets hired, and then HR has no choice but to let the village go.

HR is also a distant relative to Takedown, likely a cousin or second cousin. He is 46 years old, and he has over 500 loyal subordinates that work with him. These include his close friend Euthra. HR lost an arm 7 years ago in a fight against dimensional assassin, this happened when HR tried to grab dimensional assassin by the neck, the bounty hunter then used his claws to quickly cut off his arm. This forced him to stop charging one of his towns rent.
