Dimensional Shnipes is an important member of the Dimensional Narkin Faction and a trained assassin used for assassinating threats in other dimensions. Dimensional Shnipes has the ability to travel to other dimensions by summoning a portal. The portal leads him to a random dimension, but it can be configured to lead to a specific one by hotwiring almost any technology or by using specially designed tech.
