The Rave

The Rave, real name Reggie Willis, is a hero and valuable member of the IGOH. He is also one of the 5 members in the spectacular 5. The Rave has the ability to create shockwaves that can injure or knock out any of his enemies. These shockwaves are invisible but sometimes are red if he makes them more powerful. The Rave wears a red suit and cape with a red helmet. He has a secret identity so nobody really knows who he is except other members of the spectacular 5 and Mr. Hair.

The Rave is very secretive about his life and after his hero work nobody knows where he goes. He is 34 and joined the IGOH when he was 22.
