Artemis was a tactical genius who fought against the UU 40 years ago. He didn’t fight them from the outside but he actually started to make the UU crumble from the inside. Artemis used many assets to make the UU start destroying itself because of inter fighting. Artemis was caught in 2302 by the bounty hunter Shoko Range after she tracked him down using her own connections and assets.
