Chong Vou

Chong Vou is a superhero on Earth and is part of the IGOH. He is from China and has a mask with the Yin and Yang on it. Chong Vou is more commonly called the Warper. This name comes from his ability to teleport anything from one spot to another. Chong Vou has defeated many villains. He fought the Crazy eye as well, but his team just sent him in by himself. Chong Vou is able to tackle both powerful villains and weaker villains, as his power allows him to teleport anyone into jail easily.
