Dallas

Dallas is a gunslinger and is part of the Pinky pirates, he has a large hat and two small guns. He also is very quick with his guns and is sometimes called the QuickDraw demon. Dallas used to be a lone pirate until Pinky wanted him to join his crew, so he did. Dallas has a bounty of 20 million, and it is always increasing.
