Horatio Slim

Horatio Slim is the king of Tero. Despite having a gross outward appearance, Horatio is quite the smooth talker and smart businessman, which is how he got his position in the first place. Horatio bought Tero in 2302 for 500,000 UC because it was not very appealing to planet buyers. The original price of the planet was 1 million UC, but he was able to talk down the price to half of that. Horatio loves watching violence and is a very sick-minded man, he also captured millions of people and put them to work on Tero without the knowledge of the UU.
