Jirian prison

The Jirian prison is a massive maximum security prison that holds many of Earths psychotic, dangerous, and criminally insane prisoners. The Jirian prison also houses some of the worlds most wanted prisoners, and it used to hold scientist M-2 and Mr. Lovehearts before they broke out when Silas Bonchy broke them out.
