Kooky eye

The Kooky eye is a henchman of the Crazy eye, he was also created by the Crazy eye. The Kooky eye is currently trying to break Crazy eye out of Center A.H. where he is being held in captive. Kooky eye looks like the crazy eye but his tentacles are red and purple instead of black, they are also much more squiggly and move erratically. Kooky eye can also shoot a strong laser similar to Crazy eye. Kooky eye is extremely crazy like Crazy eye but Kooky eye says he is being “kooky” not “crazy”.
