Mr. Bapshe

Mr. Bapshe is a member of The Chumps, he is also a superhero. Mr. Bapshe is often confused with a villain because he wears all black at all times. He likes black and it sometimes helps him with undercover missions. Mr. Bapshe has a power to increase someone else’s weight, not making them look any heavier, but making them heavier, this can help in fights by making someone so heavy they can’t even stand. Mr. Bapshe cannot use this power on anyone who is too strong, which is why he wasn’t able to use it on Crazy eye.
