Oibatcha is the founder and current owner of Omine. He created Omine to help break down the giant worm Blepsey, so that everyone could forget about what it did. Oibatcha was born on Vissric, and he saw the missile that killed Blepsey launch. He knew when he grew up he would mine that worm.
