The second universal war was an event hosted in the year 2341. It was hosted by the Universal protector and the Universal Lounger. The universal lounger only hosted this event because he was bored, freeing the universal protector from prison so he could gather celestials to fight each other.
Some of the celestials that were in this battle were Icilly Billy, Master Umar, Maestro, and ZAP-XIO.
