Seweso is a large planet filled to the brim with sewage, it is full of it and many creatures live in the sewage. These creatures go for hundreds on the black market because they have blood that can be used in medicine. Seweso is also used by the Shok nation and they have bases set up everywhere to harvest these creatures and sell them.
