Tatopas

Tatopas are sapient, sea-dwelling creatures that live on Freek. They live deep in the ocean of Freek, thousands of feet below the surface where no fliean would ever find them. Tatopas have light blue skin with large fins that grow on their arms and backs, they have 3 fingers on each hand, and a long tail. They live in large cities which are very beautiful, and only the tatopas have ever seen them.
