The UHA

The Universal Hero Association, or the UHA, is an association first started in 2210 by William Hau, more commonly known as Willbringer. The UHA is 131 years old. The UHA aims to bring peace to the universe by means of superheroes, and has over 100,000 adults working for it and over 2000 students in the academy.

The reason why the UHA grew so big is largely because of the UHA academy, made in 2213. The UHA academy is a school where young heroes learn how to use their abilities more effectively. This academy drew many students within the first few years of being implemented and still has new ones coming in 131 years later. The academy takes in students of ages 4-19. Every new year, tests are done with every student to learn their current level and their progress from when they started. Tests are also done for every new student to figure out their starting level. The levels are chosen for each student by a team of UHA officials.

The UHA works this way; heroes can decide whether to go solo, or work in a team. Work for the superheroes is decided by weighing how good the superhero is and how dangerous the planet is. The level of the superhero is decided from their last test from the academy. Every 3 years after their last test in the academy, every hero is told to come back to judge their progress again. Depending on how much the hero has progressed and what they've done on their planet, they may be chosen to go to a new planet.

If an adult joins the UHA, They aren't able to go into the academy but still go through the initial test and then are tested every 3 years. The qualifications for joining the UHA is that you have a superpower, but exceptions are made for people that are good at fighting with no superpowers.
