UU captain

UU captains are authority figures in the UU that lead each different amounts of UU soldiers, with most having around 100 in the command. They are all tasked with apprehending criminals and pirates that disobey the UU. These UU captains are very strong, each with different skills and powers. UU captains are tasked with different sorts of assignments. Some are tasked to guard certain areas or even entire planets, and others may be tasked with hunting down the people on the UU most wanted list, but many fail because of how strong those people are.
