Universal Congress

The Universal Congress or Ucon is a part of the UU that deals in political areas. The Ucon helps in appointing planet leaders and advocating for the UU’s actions after a war. It also makes new laws in the UU convention. The Ucon has only two main ranks, the UU executives and the UU demplaries. These are both lead by the Galatic senator Wopikus Wenda. The GS mainly oversees all political aspects in the UU and regularly works with Waxy Meyer in case someone needs to be punished for breaking a UU convention law.
