The Wind King is a pirate who lives on Achimia and he leads almost all the pirates on the planet, there are other pirates that threaten him though. The Wind Kings real name is Habula but he calls himself Wind King due to his wind controlling ability. He leads over 40,000 pirates and he is determined to be he king of Achimia.
