X mind is the leader of the alien hunters and a true sociopath, he kills aliens all the time in his experiments and when his soldiers destroy planets. X mind is also inside a indestructible box where all his organs are stored. He used to be a human until he realized he was too vulnerable for his massive bounty and he had to get in something more powerful than his own skin. X mind is always feeling like he is trapped even though he can still move around with his bionic legs and arms.

X mind has the largest bounty out of anyone, a 100 Billion UC bounty. This is in good reason too, as he has a massive army of over 800 million alien hunters that are always protecting him, making it impossible to capture him.
