Tatopas are sapient, sea-dwelling creatures that live on [[Freek]]. They live deep in the ocean of Freek, thousands of feet below the surface where no [[Flieans|fliean]] would ever find them. Tatopas have light blue skin with large fins that grow on their arms and backs, they have 3 fingers on each hand, and a long tail. They live in large cities which are very beautiful, and only the tatopas have ever seen them.
