Noisy Wallace is a loud UU captain that is capable of making loud noises that disorient his enemies, once they are stunned he grabs them and slams the in the ground knocking them out, this is his move he does every time and it usually works. Noisy Wallace used to be a singer at a night club, but one day while singing he inhaled a bug that stung his lungs and made him able to make extremely loud noises.
