Ice Bice

Ice Bice was a mutated snow person that lived in a cave of Earth's North Pole. Ice Bice's mutation caused him to be 8x colder than the average snow person, making him entirely out of ice. When exposed to water, Ice Bice could suck up the water and make it into "armor" connected to his body. He could also control the water and form it into walls powerful enough to stop a bullet. In his cave, Ice Bice spent entire days meditating, which supposedly unlocked the secret of meditation, which allowed him to never have to sleep or eat, only meditate. Ice Bice actually meditated so much that he forgot how to speak, which is why he never spoke.

Ice Bice died in 2341 while fighting in the second universal war. Ice Bice hated Snow Blip.
